Some plumbing outfits grow by covering half the state and hiring whoever can hold a wrench. We went the other way: stay small, stay local, and keep the standards high enough that customers never have a reason to call anyone else. It works. Some of our customers have been with us for more than 25 years.
The way we operate is simple. When you call, you get a real answer about when we can be there. When we arrive, we diagnose the actual problem and tell you what it costs before we start. If the cheap fix is the right fix, that's what we recommend. And when the job is done, we test it, clean up, and haul away the old parts.
Plumbing and heating are licensed trades for a reason. Our work is done under a Massachusetts master plumber license, to code, with permits when the job calls for them.
